Good morning,

I strongly urge the board to vote no on Agenda Item 20.2, the Independent Contractor Agreement with Trudy Arriaga, at tonight's (May 6, 2025) meeting, on the grounds that it will violate multiple United States of America Presidential Executive Orders regarding DEI, Gender Ideology, and the use of third-party contractors to disseminate those tenants.

I would take this opportunity to advise the board that Exhibit A/Scope of Services mentioned in the proposed contract attached to the agenda is blank.

I request that the board notify me by email if it intends to make that documentation public.
