Mandate Schmandate
I'm going to Cabo!
What is in California Governor’s newest and shiniest mask mandate? A better question is where is that confounded mandate? I looked everywhere. Newsom’s ca.gov page. California SoS .gov page. I even looked at all the mainstream news stories, not one linked to the mandate. Isn’t that interesting? Why doesn’t the mainstream media want us to see the source of their story?
It finally occurred to me to visit the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) website. Lo and behold, I found the “mandate”! Mandate is in quotes because it is not a mandate. Go read for yourself. This does not seem enforceable, in the same way that many elected county sheriffs, like Riverside’s Chad Bianco (THANK YOU, SIR!), saw past “mandates” should not be enforced.
Here is a very good legal opinion why nobody should comply with this latest insanity instigated by, against all scientific evidence, our emergency declaring, Cabo vacationing, extravagant wedding attending, book promotion tourer, non-mask wearing (when the cameras are thought to be off), Governor gruesome Newsom.
That may be once reason why the media does not link to the source, but perhaps there is another. Keep in mind, this is the “follow the science” crowd. “Follow the science” meaning do what torturer and killer of cute beagle puppies, gain of function funder/Wuhan Flu creator, vaccine and pharmaceutical profiteer, “Little Tony” Fauci tells you to do.
So, let’s take a look at the science behind the CDPH memo—our journey will be short today. The same with the science.
Go back and take a look at the CDPH memo. They do a very good job of providing sources that they base their decision on. Most will see it and go no further. “Oh, they have science. OK.” Frequent readers and guests around here know we always go further.
Footnotes 16, 17, and 18 is the cited science in which the CDPH justifies masking up every man, woman, and child in the State of California. Pardon me, but these cited scientific sources better be friggin stellar!
Nope. Take a look.
Footnote 16 is The Lancet, if you recall, is of fake Hydroxychloroquine studies infamy. The Lancet has no credibility left, but for the sake of thoroughness I found the article. The article met expectations. Money talks. This source discredits itself right there.
Moving on. Footnote 17 comes to us from Maricopa and Pima counties, and was actually hard to find, until I searched for these keywords “MMWR Morb Mortal Wkly Rep. 2021; 70(39);1372–1373.” That led me to this CDC published “study”.
Take that in. Did CDPH really just state for the record they are willing to try to force the entire State of California to wear bacterial-infested face diapers base on a “crude analysis”? Yes, yes they did. Right to your face.
Having fun yet?
Footnote 18 also come to us from all counties in the United States and is likewise CDC published. This “study” admits to its own sloppiness and that it cannot be generalized, though it attempts to make a case that unmasked were more likely to get the Wuhan Flu than those that were masked. Perhaps I missed where they adjusted for this discrepancy? This study should have used 198 mask-less counties to get comparable data.
The media is once again fearmongering and banking on us not researching for ourselves. Once we do, it is easy to expose the lies. The science never seems to be actual science, and the mandate does not seem to be a mandate at all. Our government, much like the Brandon administration, is gaslighting us. Again.
When school board member like Don Griffith waxes on like Cinderella that, and I paraphrase, he wished Covid wasn’t around so he could give the people what they want, then they are either demonstrating their willfull ignorance or are actually devoid of intellectual curiosity and integrity. Both should disqualify them from holding public office.
If our local government entities and school boards are unwilling to see this farce for what it is and resist it in our names, stick up for us, which is what they are ELECTED to do, they do not belong in positions of power.

looks like The Atlantic agrees with me. The Atlantic! lol https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2021/12/mask-guidelines-cdc-walensky/621035/
