My Refusal to Acquiesce to the Cultural-Marxist Transgender Agenda

To: Select Admin in Desert Sands Unified School District

In regard to this Gender Support Plan which will order me to use a name and pronouns inconsistent with the students biological identity, I hereby notify the DSUSD that I identify as a Conscientious Objector and cannot comply for the following reasons:

First and foremost this is an affront to God, is abusive to children, and violates my religious beliefs which are constitutionally protected by my First Amendment rights.

This plan also forces speech on to me, which is also a violation of my First Amendment Rights.

Additionally, the fact that the State of California has codified, in the PEACE Act which was signed into law on September 30, 2021, scientific evidence that children are unable to make good decisions/judgements of this magnitude (“gender identity”), dictates non-compliance with any gender identity plan. The State of California states in Section 2 (b) that “ The Legislature has repeatedly relied on neurological research with respect to criminal sentencing law reflecting a growing understanding that cognitive brain development continues well beyond age 18 and into early adulthood. Scientific evidence on young adult development and neuroscience shows that certain areas of the brain, particularly those affecting judgment and decisionmaking, do not develop until the early to mid-20s.”

I assume you will want, and I hereby request, a disciplinary meeting immediately to discuss my refusal to comply with this abhorrent directive. In fact, the district should provide coverage for me and my representative, and hold this meeting today, and the only thing that should delay it would be if the district plans to have a representative from the District Attorney’s office or other attorney present, as I would need time to arrange legal counsel as well.
