Allow me to introduce myself, I am one of a rapidly growing number of voters that are concerned about the election integrity of the 2020 Presidential election, and the state of Riverside County leadership in general. We used to be pretty quiet and not that involved, but that is rapidly changing. We used to be cautious in voicing our opinions out loud for fear that our neighbors, colleagues, and even friends and family would see us through the false lens of our Nation’s Media driven narrative, and yes, that is rapidly changing as well. You see, we are learning that silence is acquiescence, that acquiescence is abject obedience, and that abject obedience is the antithesis to American Freedom and the Constitution of The United States. We were self-muted, but now that we see the real possibility that our voices have been nullified by cancelling our vote, we demand transparency. We are Americans and we have given up much in the past, but we will not give up our true voice, our vote, our essence of freedom. It is imperative that you, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, immediately order a full and transparent audit of the 2020 election, and I am calling on you to do so.
Please allow me to shine a light on a couple areas that are cause for concern:
We have learned about Sequoia and Dominion voting systems histories and their long history with Riverside County. From this November 3, 2011 Press Enterprise article, we learned that RivCo had 11 Sequoia ballot machines and would buy six refurbished Dominion machines. https:/bit.ly/2Pc9wUs
We have learned from this June 18, 2019 RivCo Board Action Item that the County spent more than $6.1 million to replace voting systems that could not be utilized beyond February 20, 2020. Note that Dominion approved system is the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.2. https://bit.ly/3n91qZb. We have learned from this California SoS page that as of September 28, 2020 RivCo was still using Democracy Suite 5.1. https://bit.ly/32yVajQ . So, you see, we are a bit concerned.
We have learned from this October 30, 2020 KESQ article that, according to Riverside Registrar Rebecca Spencer, RivCo voting machines were not the same as the ones in Georgia having all the issues. Or did we? For further down a Dominion spokesman says yes, they are the same. No mention of the millions spent to upgrade to the State certified Democracy Suite 5.2, though I am sure that was done. We have learned from the same article that the machines cannot be hooked to the internet, but we also learn that they use a dedicated server…which means they totally can be hooked into the internet. https://bit.ly/3tEQbdF So, you see, we are a bit concerned.
We have learned that mail-in ballots and the accuracy of voter rolls have been a major issue in many parts of the Country. We have not delved into that yet but given RivCo’s remarkably high voter turnout… we will. 81%! https://bit.ly/2Qf0iHG. We are very concerned.
We learned about the 1% audit, but just how many discrepancies were there? How were they resolved? We are concerned.
I may be the first (I have a feeling I am not), but rest assured I will not be the last to demand that you, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, conduct a full and transparent audit of the 2020 election.
We are still learning and will not stop until we know. I am just the first of “we”, the rest will be along shortly, of that I’m sure.
With best regards,
Kenny Snell
