Excellent Kenny, you should make sure each member of the board has a copy of this, submit the article as a public comment and appear before them in person to present the pertinent facts. You should have a number of people speaking at the meeting since you only get 3 minutes to speak. I'm at your disposal if you wish. I was there advocating not to adopt the VCA (euphemistically named The Voters Choice Act) passed by the state (of course they did anyway). Riverside county was one of the last counties to adopt it. I know the are a couple of board members who are sympathetic but as with everything there was $millions attached to the roll out. Needless to say it's always about the money and it's siblings power and influence.
