Southern California School District and Internet Trolls Surveilled Teacher: Determines Unacceptable Political Views are Racist.
Anatomy of a Police State
When we last discussed the totalitarian “monitoring” tactics used by Desert Sands Unified School District and board trustee Tricia Pearce, monitored a critic who was expressing his first amendment right as a citizen and voter within the district, and fed misinformation and disinformation about district employees, willingly and knowingly, to a known member of the “Press” at The Desert Sun (Gannet News).
Surveillance and use of the press to push misinformation… where have we seen those tactics used before?
That last article signed off with a series of questions:
“Does the culture of spying trickle down even further? Do school site administrators also “monitor” their teachers/staff during their non-contract hours? Besides paid district personnel, do these administrators have other methods of “monitoring” their staff? Is the next step to uncritically bow to internet Karens? Do they use “younger people”? Will they accept any information and label that fits their world view (that was given to them by mainstream propaganda outlets) without verification of the truth? Will they act on that information uncritically and without vetting their sources (snitches) to the detriment of their employees?”
So today we will learn how released Public Records Act documents show that the answer to almost all of those questions is affirmative. Meaning, that the district was “monitoring” Snell months BEFORE he spoke out or wrote about the district in any way, shape, or form.
The fact is, that three internet trolls, not parents and maybe not even local residents,—at least one of whom claimed to belong to an online group of internet trolls— that did not like Snell’s political beliefs on social media, labeled him as a racist and misogynist.
The district administration readily accepted and disseminated the definitions and placed Snell under surveillance, assisted by the trolls who say they “witnessed” Snell in public places doing terrible, dangerous things… like not wearing a mask! *GASP*
According to Snell, he only had one or two connections on social media from the entire Coachella Valley and no current or ex students. Snell also contests he hardly, if ever, talked about the district, nor did he identify himself as an employee of the district on social media, though his profile (long since deleted) may have read ‘Teacher’ for occupation. Snell also contends that California guidelines had always exempted him from mask wearing and that the exemption appeared in every version of California’s mask mandate.
“You tell me,” Snell beseeched, “what is more bigoted, a political meme that is true, or labeling that truth racist because you don’t want to believe it? Is this the United States of America or Antifa? You tell me.”
We will just cover one internet troll in this article. Released documents shows three trolls, but this one was the first and most persistent. Relevant documents will be linked to allow for full viewing.
Joanne Johnson is what the first troll called herself, although it does not appear that this information was vetted in any way. No documents ask her to prove herself. Johnson sends her first email on November 8, 2020, to Rudy Wilson, Principal of La Quinta High School which is Snell’s worksite, at half past midnight.
Johnson was “appalled” that Snell dared to post political memes on Facebook that she disagreed with, and said Snell’s Facebook page was “found easily”. Johnson did not claim to be a stakeholder in the school or district in any way (not a parent or voter) and her only connection to the school seemed to be that she knew a “former student”.
Johnson also claimed to not be involved in politics—anyone want to buy a bridge?— “but the blatant racism and misogyny,” of Snell’s posts were “inexcusable”.
Johnson seems to be absolutely soiling herself when she continued that Snell “has also been witnessed in public going directly against CDC guidelines and endangering the lives of the general public as he has also confessed to such actions in one of the posts provided below.”
So this “Joanne Johnson” was following Snell around when he was in public? That is what it sounds like and that is a very scary behavior for Joanne Johnson, though she accuses Snell of “dangerous behaviors”. Memes are scary? Who besides Antifa scours the internet for conservatives to cancel in the wee hours of the morning?
Johnson then went on to claim she had no intent for her email but to inform and doesn’t even expect a response—second bridge for sale!
Strange then how she will end up emailing back several times with increasing demands and connections to the school, gross defamations, and increasing self-importance.
So what were these racist and misogynist posts? Luckily Johnson doesn’t make us wonder as she included screenshots, they are in Document A, go ahead and take a look, I’ll wait.
**********************************************************
Thanks for coming back. So, what did you see?
A post stating that Snell went into a store without a mask, as others did? Snell was exempt and the stores did not kick him out, and besides a “Mandate” as defined by Black’s Law Dictionary, is a request that does not become obligatory until one complies.
There is another post where Snell uses the word “libtard”, but liberals are neither a race nor a gender. It makes one wonder if Johnson (and others) also gets terrified by the term “right wing-nut”, or does that one get a pass?
Next came a terrible, terrible meme that poked fun at two political figures, Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren, who both profited and benefited for claiming Indian heritage at some point in their careers. In Warren’s case she even took a DNA test to prove she was Indian…which actually proved she was not. Sorry Joanne, the truth may offend you, but it is still the truth.
Recommended reading at this point for these people is Voltaire, or anything from the Enlightenment, it may help.
Then comes a indistinguishable screenshot, and then a post where Snell spells “China” the way President Trump pronounces it, “ChyNa”, and then something about the Amish with Trump flags on their buggies.
The picture above is similar to the one that Johnson and district administrators labeled racist. Is there racism in that picture, or is the reaction to it merely political and religious intolerance/bigotry?
If Johnson really believes saying “China Virus” or “ChyNa” is racist towards the Chinese, I would strongly suggest that she (and others) go talk to a few million Chinese people who use like terms to describe the Chinese Communist Party. Or, is Johnson’s (and others) rage due to their implicit support for the CCP?
Where is the blatant racism? Where is the misogyny? There are only political memes that Johnson disagrees with, and her email should have been quickly dismissed, deleted, and not given another thought.
That is not what happened though, as we see in Document B.
Go ahead and look, I’ll wait… .
Did you see that rather than deleting, Wilson forwarded the email to his superior, now retired Assistant Superintendent Personnel, Donna Salazar and added his comment that Snell’s “racist and misogynist comments reveal his character. Stating he openly and knowingly violates Covid guidelines in the community is disrespectful and potentially dangerous. Unfortunately his students families see this as well.”
Salazar replies that Snell is “reprehensible” and “amoral”.
Was it really that much of bother for either of these district officials to open a personnel file or to read the California guidelines to quickly determine that Snell was exempt from mask mandates? And… does that sound a bit defamatory to you?
Four days later, on November 12, 2020, Johnson writes back with another screenshot post from Snell’s Facebook pages, this one stalking Snell to another social media site, for which Wilson told her he appreciated “the update”.
Document C is right here, you know the drill.
Ms. “I don’t want a response” gets conversational and informs Wilson in reply about what she knows of the alternate social media site and how she is informed by “younger people”.
Ms. “no direct intent” almost waits an entire month before emailing Wilson again on December 11, 2020, to complain about another post and a political meme. The crazy part is that the post was about Eric Swalwell’s relationship with a Chinese spy (true); the meme refers to Chinese Communist Party leader Xi and his influence over the Biden crime family (true).
We are all aware the Hunter Biden laptop has now been acknowledged as being real, right? Anyone still asleep out there?
Joanne Johnson makes another appearance on April 17, 2021, and reads like she is quite agitated, writing about “blatantly” defied CDC guidelines and chirping away again, like an antifa-parrot, about “racist” behaviors that have already been proven to not be racist.
Last one, Document D…. How’d you like that one?
Johnson admits to being part of a group of “other women”—which seems to imply that Johnson conspired with others to deprive Snell of his freedom of speech and right to earn a living?
Johnson also asked what would Wilson do if Snell’s “behaviors became public”? How would that happen? I thought Johnson knew a bunch of kids on twitter and tiktok? Is that blackmail?
Johnson then goes ranting on about racism directed at the Asian community and makes assertions that Snell will racially profile students. Without any evidence whatsoever beyond the word “ChyNa”. Does that sound like defamation? Libel?
This might be a good place to interject a little something from the FBI that Johnson, her group of women, and maybe a couple of others may want to be aware of.
Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).
April 17, 2021, was a Saturday but Wilson still found the time to thank Johnson and tell her he found her run-of-the-mill political discourse “disturbing”. Johnson was again miss chatty, again, and replied:
“It is disturbing and I am terribly sorry to bring such somber information to you when all of us as a community are trying to heal and recover from the pandemic. Transparency is what’s most important at a time like this and your students and teachers shouldn’t be put in harms way for the sake of sugar coating his behaviors”
Wilson replies again to Johnson, “I have been monitoring his Facebook. Looks like he went private recently I agree with you No one should jeopardize the health and safety of our students.”
Another 12 days pass before Johnson emails Wilson again asking for updates, but now her status involves “a few local families with medically sensitive high schoolers” besides her group of co-conspirators. Okay, sure, doesn’t sound a bit suspicious.
Wilson assures Johnson that her concerns are “being addressed” and finally gets around to asking her to send actual real people his way. How it was addressed is another story.
Johnson thanks Wilson and writes that she would “forward your information to the group conversation.”
Seems like quite the cute little conspiratorial tones they got there with each other, doesn’t it? “Updates for me,” and “status of Mr. Snell,” really?
**No released PRA documents showed any such complaints from any students, parents, or other such stakeholders. No documents showed that Joanne Johnson was a real person, nor do they show that she forwarded any such information on.
Taking a conservative position in politics, even though it may go against CNN dogma, is not illegal nor is it immoral/amoral. Is defamation of character illegal or immoral? Is slander? Is stalking? Is conspiracy to deprive someone of their rights?
Asking for a friend.
Surveillance and censorship seem to begin from the Clinton, Obama, and Biden crime families, those perpetrators of the fake Russia collusion hoax that wasted so much time and money, and trickle down to your local government bodies. This is the cancel culture that the DSUSD leadership has embraced and nurtured, and Tricia Pearce seems to have led by example.
If anyone happens to know “Joanne Johnson” or even her real name, please let me know—I would like a restraining order against her (at the very least), she sounds whack-a-doo and dangerous, like Antifa.
On deck are internet troll #2 and #3, who had awfully similar language as Joanne Johnson. Get ready get set, “Amy Liu” and unidentified teacher from Ranchito Elementary school in Panorama City, the next article is your time to shine!
This is so outrageous I cannot even speak. I am so sorry all this happened to you Kenny. You are our Warrior in Coachella Valley. i would love to have you on Steve Bannon's WarRoom. We need so way to publicize this nationally.
If we had a real justice system it would be appropriate to sue the crap out of these anal retentive snowflakes, pun intended! I suspect Ms Johnson knows Mr Wilson. I'm reminded of the tools who get up and speak at the board meetings and praise the board for what a great job they're doing. I have no doubt it's a mutual love fest. I get the fear, isolation, propaganda, illness and loss of loved ones has created even more insane people then pre mycarona. I would also love to remind the population at large that Chyna has declared "unrestricted warfare" on the US. Their words, not mine. Most people are oblivious to this fact at the same time their lives are decimated by a Chinese bio weapon, over 100,000 fentanyl overdoses courtesy of Chyna, $500 billion a year theft of intellectual property (Chyna), buying up US farmland, buying dual use companies (Hunter) we funded the largest military build up in history (Chyna) and just to put the cherry on top we send the 1 million barrels of oil out of our strategic oil reserve just cause they're our buddies! I know our personal problems pale in comparison but your plight Kenny is a pisser none the less. I suggest making them famous and I would love to jump in with my two cents. I'll restrain myself for the moment.
