I was able to combine other speakers time for a total of 9-minute comment time so I did not have to “spread” this time, a Policy Debate term for talking really fast. I will also be putting out a full report of other speakers, happenings, and shenanigans from that meeting. *On second thought, I cannot do it justice without being long and boring. I spoke from notes rather than a written speech, so there may be some differences. I do reference my previous comments and my previous report on last month’s meeting. Hi, my name is Kenny Snell. I have been a teacher here for 25 years, but I come before you, once again, as a voter.

Last month Pastor Hawkins implored you to let him be your bridge between you and the good people that elected you. You refused. I am here tonight to talk about another bridge. It is the last bridge you have between these people and you are about to blow it up. To save your bridge you need to do three things: end the mask mandate, get rid of Ethnic Studies, and get rid of the State Seal of Engagement.

Last month I also stressed the importance of Inquiry—to dig for sources and to discern for one’s self. Did you check mine?

If you had, then you would know that just two days after I was here telling you that PCR tests were junk, the CDC and FDA revoked the EAU for PCR tests because they cannot tell the difference between SARS-CoV-2 and the flu. But you are still using them!

If you had, you would have discovered I was wrong about one thing: I stated there were 100,000 unmasked, untested, and unvaccinated illegal immigrants, from all over the world, crossing our border every month. I was wrong. There are over 200,000 illegal immigrants crossing our border every month. Untested, unmasked, unvaccinated and transported God knows where in the middle of the night until some unsuspecting community wakes up one morning and finds them there. During a “pandemic”! And we are supposed to take mask mandates seriously?

Last month you (the board) made a comment that I found intriguing, that “Ethnic Studies is not CRT.” So I dug through your web page to see if that sentiment was conveyed. I found a summary that appeared to be written by a 9th grader and read like a Lead Stories “fact check”. The summary stated that Ethnic Studies was not CRT because “CRT is only mentioned three times in the model curriculum”, which is true, but the truth ended there.

CRT is mentioned in the introduction and overview in the Ethnic Studies model curriculum and states that teachers will familiarize themselves with, and students will learn CRT. But you must go beyond… to the sources. [*see previous dig on model Curriculum]

We are told on the first page of this 900 page monstrosity that the curriculum is written largely based on the writings of Christine Sleeter. Sleeter, by the way, tells us that Ethnic Studies was born in political struggle and is inseparable from that struggle. Which is another way of saying “we train activists”. The curriculum tells us that students will be divided into groups of victims and oppressors, there is no middle ground. There are assignments that tell the kids to figure out how they are a victim, if they can’t, or won’t, they are labeled as an oppressor. This curriculum uses two things over and over and over again, Third World Liberation Front (TWLF), which by the way is known for closing down a school (UC Berkeley), and BLM. It tells students to find a problem in the community, to study how BLM would solve, and then go do like BLM. Are you really ready to unleash BLM style protests on this district office? You think these people are rude—that we are rude? I don’t think you have ever seen a BLM rally.

Now look, I know you’re going to tell us that it’s okay because you are using the Cesar Chavez unit, but you’re gaslighting us, because once you approved that 900-page monstrosity you enabled any teacher to go and pull any lesson from it for their regular classes.

The Ceaser Chavez unit partners with a group called Association of Raza Educators (ARE). This is La Raza, whose stated goal is to return the Southwestern United States to Mexico. Santa Barbara adopted this unit too, now they have an Ethnic Studies club complete with a flag, which is a BLM fist, and they go out and participate in the protests. The ARE website will not even say “California”, it’s “Califas”, because they don’t recognize California as a US state.

Just as bad is the State Seal of Engagement, which uses Politifact to debunk satire! Yes, that is the model lesson that comes out of Chicago, they actually fact-check satire. Not by using sources mind you, but by use far-leftist Politifact. You should go look at that, I really suggest that you do.

In regard to the mask. Recently I had the opportunity to ask Gavin Newsom’s top Doc from his Safe Schools what exact peer-reviewed studies she was relying on the mask up our kids? Know what she gave me? Two minor studies from 2020 that even the CDC said was observational only! That’s it. That’s the “science”. That is why you are wearing your masks right now—but you are safe right now because you are drinking water (to mask-less board member).

So, let’s just call the ball here. Let’s call the ball. Molly Ball, the award winning biographer for Nancy Pelosi told us in Time magazine that a powerful cabal rigged the election. We all know that Dr. Fauci used our tax money, through EcoHealth Alliance, to fund the Wuhan Lab of Virology’s gain of function research and released the Chinese Pneumonia upon an unsuspecting world, and used as cover to cheat in our elections. I use “Chinese Pneumonia” in honor of the Taiwanese (their term) that are right now waiting to be invaded by China.

Now, look you guys, you say that you have to follow the directives given to you by Sacramento. No. Sacramento did not elect you; these good people did. Those that say they must follow what Sacramento says we know to be selected not elected. We know about the fraud. We know that California was used as a model for election fraud and that Riverside County has been deep, deep in that for a long time.

So, I am asking you now, don’t blow up your bridge. Because if you fail to represent the people that elected you; if you insist on representing the people that selected you, then we are going to dig. We are going to dig until we find out what your motivations truly are. We are going to dig to Shanghai, China [Shanghai is intentional and significant] if we have to, to find what where the selection came from and what your motivations are.

I suggest one more thing: Go to the internet and search these words: California School Board Recall. I think you will find there has been a record number in 2020.

So look, repeal the mask mandate, it is not based on science. Repeal the Ethnic Studies and the State Seal of Engagement, they are divisive. If you are worried about funding, here is your chance to be heros of America. Stand up and do what is right and America will fund you; if you want to play the villan, America will not forgive you.
